1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the InkScribe AI website and service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

InkScribe AI is an online tool that uses artificial intelligence to help you draft, review, store and publish marketing content. Features, plans and prices may change over time.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Plans, credits and payment

• Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance. Generating content uses credits.
• Additional credits can be bought as top-up packs.
• Plans renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods, with notice.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Your content

You own the content you enter and the output you generate. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to AI providers and, when you ask, to platforms you have connected. You are responsible for your content and for making sure you have the right to use it.

6. AI-generated output

Output is generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content produced for others. You are responsible for reviewing and editing output before you publish or rely on it, and for making sure it complies with the law and with the rules of the platforms where you post it.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not create or publish content that is deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence.
• Do not send spam or mislead people about who is writing.
• Do not try to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it.
• Do not resell or share your account, or use automated means to overload the service.

We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules.

8. Third-party platforms

If you connect accounts such as LinkedIn, you must follow that platform's own terms. We are not responsible for those platforms, their availability, or actions they take on your account or content.

9. Our intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, name and branding, belongs to InkScribe AI and its licensors. These terms do not give you any right to use our name or branding.

10. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, pause or discontinue features.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive will continue after termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. We will give notice of significant changes.
